1. Payment Terms, Warranties and Conditions
Our online payment facilities are provided by CommWeb and Stripe. Please ensure you read all terms and conditions carefully before using these secure payment facilities. By completing the payment through these facilities, you accept these terms, warranties and conditions. Any changes or additions to these terms, warranties and conditions will be binding immediately after they have been implemented into the wording. All payments made via these online payment facilities must be processed in Australian dollars ($). If any other payment currency is used then the customer making the payment will be liable for any conversion costs. ISR Training will not be held responsible if any payment is refused by the bank for any reason howsoever caused.
The customer warrants to ISR Training that you have the appropriate authority to accept the terms and conditions contained herein and you can meet your obligations stated by these terms and conditions. You also warrant that the payment method is issued in your name and you are the owner of the card in question. You also warrant that the payment information you have supplied is correct.
2. Legal Policy
To the full extent permitted by Law, ISR Training does not accept liability for any damage, loss or expenses, whether direct or indirect, of any kind or incurred by the customer or a third party resulting out of using these online payment services.
3. Refund Policy
The closing of this payment will take place upon the customer completing the online transaction process after accepting the terms and conditions of the payment herein. After the closing, the customer will benefit from a 5-working day refund period, determined by the banks of the state of Queensland. After this period has passed any desired refund will no longer be processed. The 5-day refund period as above will be discarded immediately either upon logging on to one of our online training courses, the completion of the 5 working days or upon the customer walking through the entrance of venue to embark upon their training course. Any intentions to enforce this refund period must be made known in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org and will be deemed sufficiently served upon the time and date of the email. Refunds will be processed within 14 working days the refund notice is received and will go against the original payment card, with all card processing fees (1.55%) deducted from the refunded amount.
4. Service Policy
The service in consideration for the online payment will take place at the offices of ISR Training, Level 1/50 Appel Street, Surfers Paradise, 4217 unless otherwise agreed between the customer and ISR Training. The service will be deemed executed instantly upon reaching the commencement time of the course that the customer chooses.
5. Data Protection
By agreeing to the terms and condition contained herein, the customer consents to their payment data being provided to Commonwealth Bank or Stripe for the sole purpose of processing the payment.
Upon any interaction with ISR Training, whether it be through an opt in on the website, through social media, as a client that’s undertaking our education or mentorship, you agree to receive free education and marketing information via email.
ISR will not distribute any personal details to a third party and you can unsubscribe at any time.

If ISR Training must cancel the proposed course or training due to unforeseen circumstances outside the control of the company, they will have up to 92 days to rearrange a suitable course with the candidate before the candidate will be within their rights to claim a refund.
If ISR Training cancel a proposed course due to the fault of their own, then payment for that proposed course will be refunded back to the candidate within 14 days of the date the course was scheduled to take place.
ISR accept no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, arising from the usage of www.isrtraining.com.au and hereby exclude any liability with regards to warranties, guarantees, covenants, either expressed or implied, either statutory or otherwise to the maximum extent permitted.
6.7 Changes of Terms and Conditions
ISR has the discretion to change or adapt any of the terms and conditions stated at any time and without giving notice. The user will be deemed to have accepted the term and conditions displayed at the time of usage.
If any provision of the terms and conditions stated is held to be invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, this invalidity will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions and they will remain in full force.
6.8 Education and Qualification
ISR is an independent careers consultant & independent educator. All courses promoted on behalf of Property Training Australia are licensed by RTO Registration (31292) and upon completion provide the student the opportunity to apply for their license to practice in the real estate industry. ISR offers education across sales, marketing, business start-up & customer service, however, no personal or financial advice is offered in any way, shape or form.
6.9 Law and Jurisdiction
Your use of this website and operation of the above terms and conditions included are governed in accordance with the Laws of the state of Queensland. The courts of Queensland shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of this website and the terms and conditions hereof.
