Our talented CEO & Co-Founder, Ryan epitomises what ISR is all about. He is an engineer turned award-winning sales & business coach, who openly admits he didn’t want to be in ‘sales’.
Now, a multiple business owner, strategic advisor, investor, speaker and confidence coach, Ryan is considered the go-to expert for anyone looking to understand negotiation and influencing with integrity.
Obsessing over the true art and psychology of sales, behavioural sciences, emotional intelligence, NLP & body language, Ryan has consulted to 1000’s of people & businesses from owner-operators to multi-million dollar corporations over the years, although, ironically, Ryan is NOT a natural born salesman and will be the first to tell you he struggled initially.
His technical and creative skills were founded after almost a decade in the engineering sector, alongside personal development and life coaching within his fitness industry, leading to direct sales, both face to face and on the phone. Ryan’s obsession with improving and learning is one of the fundamentals that ISR was built on.
With a keen eye for fashion, attention to detail and life invaluable experience from travelling all corner of the globe, Ryan’s ability to train and impart knowledge to all walks of life ensures that anyone who comes under his guidance will prosper both personally and professionally.
